KYIV, Feb 20 - Ukraine and Lithuania have agreed to create the coordinating committee to reform the State Fiscal Service (SFS) and create the Financial Intelligence Service (FIS) following a working meeting on Monday, the Ukrainian Finance Ministry reported.

"The committee will include representatives of the finance ministries of Lithuania and Ukraine, who form the policy in respective spheres. At the proposal of the Lithuanian side, the coordinating committee will be headed by Ukraine's finance minister to coordinate cooperation with the EU as part of the mentioned reforms," the ministry said.
