KYIV, Feb 19 – Ukrzaliznytsia is mulling the possibility of issuing eurobonds in 2018, acting Ukrzaliznytsia Board Chairman Yevhen Kravtsov said.
"We did not include the issue of eurobonds in the financial plan, since it has some other sums and it makes sense to issue [eurobonds starting] from a half a billion of U.S. dollars and more. We have plans for the issue of eurobonds, depending on the situation on the market and which will be the liquidity 'window.' It was good last autumn, but we did not enter the market, because there was no need. In addition, our audit report required to be reviewed," he said during an inspection trip to the Beskydsky tunnel on February 15.
