KYIV, Feb 13 – Ukraine's economic freedom score is 51.9 out of 100, making its economy the 150th freest in the 2018 Index among 180 countries in the ranking, according to the annual research of The Heritage Foundation.
The country managed to leave the Repressed Country category (below 50 points) where it had 48.1 points last year to the Mostly Unfree category.
It is ahead of Sierra Leone, Uzbekistan, Brazil and Afghanistan, but behind of Cameroon, Malawi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, the Gambia, and Argentina.
