KYIV, Feb. 5 - Ukrainian legislators will probably separate the regulation of crypto mining from the legal status of cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin.com reported citing Ukrainian lawmaker Oleksandr Danchenko, head of the Committee for Informatization and Communications.

Danchenko, who drafted the legislation, had criticized law enforcement agencies for recently cracking down on crypto miners.

Police recently confiscated mining equipment in a series of raids with authorities claiming that coins have been used to finance pro-Russian separatists.
