MOSCOW, Dec 13 - Sberbank Europe AG, a subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia, has finalized a deal to sell 99.92% of shares in VS Bank to TAS Group of Sergiy Tigipko.

The deal was approved by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and the European Central Bank.
