KYIV, Dec 5 - The Cabinet of Ministers proposed increasing the ceiling deficit of the 2018 national budget by UAH 3.9 billion, to UAH 81.8 billion, according to the amended draft law on the 2018 national budget.

The updated document, in particular, contains the increased maximum amount of the special fund deficit, to UAH 20.113 billion. The required funding is expected to be received through changes in the amount of budgetary funds.
