KYIV, Nov 17 – Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that the problem with foreign registered cars staying in Ukraine for a long time should be immediately resolved.

Ukrainians for years have been skipping high import duties by declaring imported foreign-registered vehicles as entering Ukraine temporarily. But the vehicles stay in the country permanently.
