KYIV, Sep 7 – The China National Complete Engineering Corporation (CCEC) has said trading operations with State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine (SFGCU) have ground to a halt following change in SFGCU's top executives in May 2017.

CCEC president Yang Jing notified Ukraine's Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food in writing about the problem, according to the Kyiv-based Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
