KYIV, Aug 31 – Ukraine seeks to create EUR 100 million Energy Efficiency Fund that will be backed by the European Union, according to Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
European Commission Vice President for energy issues Maros Sevcovic is due to visit Kyiv in mid-September to discuss the project, he said.
"We are all ready to launch this project - the necessary legislative acts have been adopted, the relevant constituent documents have been prepared and agreed," Groysman said.
