KIEV, June 22 - Non-bank financial institutions increased lending by 39.4% or UAH 12.5 billion in 2016, to UAH 44.2 billion, Director General of the Financial Institutions Association (AFI) Viktoria Volkovska said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.

She said that the pace of development of the non-bank lending market outstripped the banking segment. If the growth in loans issued by banks in 2015-2016 was 27%, the growth in the non-banking market amounted to 39.5%.
