KIEV, Feb. 22 – Parliament failed to pass at first reading bill No. 4840 on the disclosure of information in extractive industries.

The lawmakers started considering the bill at the end of the working day.

Only 195 votes were cast to consider the bill under the short procedure.

Only 217 parliamentarians supported the bill to pass it at first reading.
