KIEV. Feb 21 – The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (based in Kiev) has opened a criminal case against Parliament deputy Andriy Artemenko, who is suspected of committing state treason.
According to the paperwork, a copy of which was posted to Ukrainian PGO head Yuri Lutsenko's Facebook page, Crimea's PGO office on February 21, 2017 entered the case into the unified register of criminal cases pursuant to Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason).
