KIEV, March 30 - Ukraine's richest man pledged Thursday to reverse the country's sluggish economy and respect all post-Soviet privatization deals if his pro-Russian party takes power in upcoming coalition talks, The Associated Press reported.

Rinat Akhmetov, a Ukrainian steel and coal magnate, is considered to be the man who finances and effectively controls the Regions Party, which won the most votes at Sunday??™s election.
