KIEV, March 22 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko warned Wednesday he would use his power to dismiss next Parliament if parties fail to create a stable coalition after the Sunday general election.

This the first time that Yushchenko has clearly mentioned the possibility of dismissing Parliament and the comments are apparently aimed at encouraging parties to forge the coalition fast.
