KIEV, Sept. 26 – Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved the modernization and overhaul of the section 3,488.36-3,519.87 km of the Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhgorod gas pipeline.

The corresponding decision is outlined in Cabinet resolution No. 680-r dated September 22, 2016, posted on the government's portal.

The total cost of repairs of the section was approved at UAH 1.405 billion, in particular, UAH 1.097 billion will be used for construction work, UAH 15.571 million for equipment, while other expenses will amount to UAH 291.875 million.
