KIEV, Sept. 23 - The government of Ukraine has allocated UAH 52.757 million to state coal enterprises to repay wage arrears, increasing funding for the state program of support for coal mines to partially cover the cost for finished products, according to Interfax-Ukraine.

First Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Halyna Karp said these resources were obtained by cutting the program of restructuring the coal and peat industry by UAH 33.788 million and reducing consumption spending on mining and rescue activities by UAH 18.969 million.
