KIEV, Sept. 23 - The Ukrainian government and Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman have supported the reduction in the starting price of Odessa port-side chemical plant at a privatization tender to $150 million, State Property Fund head Ihor Bilous said.

"We want together with the government, and the prime minister supports me, to start [the sale of the plant] albeit at a level of $150 million, but this is the starting price," he said on the air of Channel Five.
