KIEV, July 25 - Precis Limited, an affiliate of British American Tobacco, has acquired 99.9836% of Tobacco Company B.A.T.-Pryluky.

The company has reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, Precis has become the holder of 1.013 billion shares in the company.

The press service of British American Tobacco told Interfax-Ukraine earlier that the acquisition of the shares is part of internal corporate restructuring at the level of the group. It aims at improving corporate management of the group's companies.
