KIEV May 13 - Ukraine will boost natural gas output by 40% over the next four years to 28 billion cu m per year in 2020 to reduce reliance on energy imports, Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman said Friday.

The recent move by the government to hike domestic gas prices to market levels will encourage energy companies to invest in gas exploration and production, he said.
