KIEV, April 27 - The Cabinet of Ministers under a proposal of the Finance Ministry backed a decision to additionally issue and place Ukraine's 2015 foreign loan bonds and government-secured warrants, the Finance Ministry announced.

The securities are issued for investors who decided not to participate in restructuring of 11 issues of sovereign and three issues of government-secured bonds of Fininpro and failed to participate in it.
