KIEV, April 26 – The Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague is continuing proceedings on the suit of businessman Ihor Kolomoisky and Belbek Airport (Crimea) against the Russian Federation despite non-participation of the defendant.

According to a press release from the arbitration, the plaintiffs provide answers to the arbitral tribunal's questions, the date of hearings on jurisdiction and admissibility has been determined. The hearing will be held simultaneously with the hearing on the case of PJSC PrivatBank and Finilon LLC Financial Company against the Russian Federation on July 12-14, 2016.
