KIEV, Feb. 15 ??“ Italian bank Banca Intesa may pay $1.16 bln to acquire 88.1% stake in UkrSotsBank, Ukraine??™s fourth biggest bank by assets, industry sources said Wednesday.

The figure apparently sets a new record in valuation of a Ukrainian bank four months after Raiffeisenbank has paid $1 bln to acquire 93% stake in AVAL, Ukraine??™s second largest bank.
