KIEV, Nov. 23 – Residents of all districts in Kherson region are still receiving power despite the damage of pylons carrying power lines to Crimea, Ukrenergo told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Two districts in Kherson region which were previously connected to the Tytan substation [in Crimea] were switched to other substations in Kherson region. The scheme became less reliable, as there is no a reserve power line, but consumers continue to receive electricity in the required volume," the company said.
