KIEV, Nov. 19 – State Food-Grain Corporation is holding talks with China on the possibility of receiving $300 million to modernize its elevators under a first tranche of the loan of $1.5 billion from Export-Import Bank of China.

"We’re holding talks to have a chance to use $300 million from the first tranche to upgrade our elevators," First Deputy Agricultural Policy and Food Minister of Ukraine Yaroslav Krasnopolsky said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.
