KIEV, Jan. 31 ??“ Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Moldova will meet in March to seek ways of reducing dependence on Russian energy that is likely to include building new pipelines moving Central Asian gas to Europe.

The countries, known as GUAM bloc, will discuss the issue after eight Central European nations have voiced similar concerns at a meeting last week, underscoring a possible shift in regional energy supplies.
