KIEV, March 30 – The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank, Kiev) has commenced a consent solicitation in relation to the outstanding $750 million 8.375% loan participation notes (LPN) due on April 27, 2015.

The bank said in an address to investors, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine, that the issuer has proposed the extension of the final maturity date of the notes from April 27, 2015 to July 27, 2015 to investors.
