KIEV, March 27 - The Ukrainian State Border Service said it will speed up the construction of a security line along the Russian border, including Crimea, in April to fulfill Project Stina (Wall).

"An active phase of engineering works on the border will resume in early April. In all, the project will take three years," service spokesman Oleh Slobodian said at a press briefing in Kiev on Thursday.
