KIEV, Jan. 19 – Ukraine is going to launch consultations in view of Russia's violation of the UN International Convention on Terrorism, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.

"Initially, the Russian military aggression had a hybrid character. Some masked gunmen in unmarked uniforms annexed Crimea and also illegally broke into the eastern Ukraine. Nobody, even the whole world, was prepared for such a new type of war," he said during a joint press conference with Polish Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz in Kiev on Monday.
