KIEV, Oct. 28 – The economic results of September indicate that the decline in Ukraine's GDP has reached the bottom, Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak said.

"I have the impression that we have reached the bottom... During the ninth month we regained 0.6% on the GDP decline," he told reporters.

"We had an increase of almost 4.5% in September from August," Shlapak said, noting that in September this year compared to September last year GDP was still falling.
