ODESSA, Oct. 23 – Odessa law-enforcement agencies are trying to determine the amount of fuel that belonged to East European Energy Company (VETEK) of businessman Serhiy Kurchenko, arrested in May, stored at Odessa oil refinery and removed from the enterprise.
Head of Odessa Regional Administration Ihor Palitsa said on the local TV channel that first law-enforcement agencies failed to enter the refinery for around a week, and then they have been gathering data for a week to define the amount of fuel left.
