KIEV, Sept. 29 - Germany is providing the Ukrainian government with EUR 25 million for housing construction for internally displaced persons in Ukraine, the Ukrainian president's office said on Monday, citing a telephone call between President Petro Poroshenko and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Germany is also allocating EUR 500 million as credit guarantees for rebuilding infrastructure in the east of Ukraine, the office said in a statement.
