KIEV, April 23 – The interagency commission for international trade has decided to close an antidumping investigation into imports of suspension polyvinylchloride production (PVC-S) to Ukraine from the United States (foreign trade code 3904 10 00 00) without taking protective measures, reads a report in the Uriadovy Kurier newspaper.

"There is not enough proof of the cause-and-effect relation between the dumping imports of PVC to Ukraine of U.S. origin and the large damage caused to the national producer [Karpatnaftokhim]," read the conclusions of the commission.
