Anticorruption bureau proposes bill to reduce solar feed-in tarrifs

KIEV, March 28 The Anticorruption bureau headed by Tetiana Chornovol has drawn up a draft law on halving the feed-in tariff for solar power plants with a capacity of over 10 MW the bureau's press service has reported.

"Large solar power plants in Ukraine are built by Activ Solar under control of brothers Kliuyev. The highest feed-in tariff in the world is set for these plants EUR 465.30 per MW. This is three or four times larger than the tariffs for similar solar power plants in the EU," reads the report.
