KIEV, Oct. 23 - Prista Recycling, a division of Bulgaria's Prista Oil, has begun building a used motor oil recycling plant in the Kiev region town of Borodianka at a cost of more than $60 million, the Environment and Natural Resources Ministry said.
The plant, which will be built with technology from U.S. company Sequoia Energy & Environment, will include two modules with combined capacity of 80,000 tons of oil per year.
