KIEV, Oct. 24 ??“ The Ukrainian government, for the fourth time over the past four months, revised downwards the country??™s economic growth forecast, now seeing the expansion at 3.5% vs. 4% on year in 2005.

The new forecast, which has been announced by Prime Minister Yuriy Yekhanurov Monday, comes as a surprise as the economy had recorded a positive growth trend in September.
