KIEV, Feb. 1 – The state-run company Green Energo, which is operating as part of the Energy of Nature national project, is planning to build a combined heat and power plant in Kiev region that will consume biofuel, the head of the bio-energy direction of the project, Rostyslav Maraikin, told the press in Kiev on Tuesday.

"We're planning to build a combined heat and power plant in Kiev region with an electricity generating capacity of around two megawatts and a heat generating capacity of around ten megawatts," he said.
