KIEV, Sept. 10 - President Viktor Yushchenko will push hard for a quick investigation into allegations of corruption among some of his top aides, Oleh Rybachuk, Yushchenko's newly appointed chief of staff, said.

The allegations made a week ago by Oleksandr Zinchenko, the previous chief of staff, had triggered Yushchenko's worst political crisis leading to the dismissal of the seven-month old government.
