KIEV, Aug. 11 - Ukraine's second largest nuclear power plant, South-Ukrainian, restarted its reactor No. 3 after loading for the first time nuclear fuel purchased from a U.S. company, EnergoAtom said Thursday.

The reactor was restarted after a seven-week maintenance during which it had been partially loaded with nuclear fuel assemblies produced by Westinghouse Electric Company.
