KIEV, Aug. 6 ??“ Two Ukrainian law enforcement agencies and the defense ministry attacked Petro Poroshenko, the chief security advisor to President Viktor Yushchenko, for making critical remarks about their alleged poor role in protecting national security.

The Defense Ministry, the SBU security service and the Prosecutor General Office dismissed the allegations in separate statements after Poroshenko criticized them all for lack of reforms.
