HIROSHIMA, July 23 ??“ Japanese banks may provide up to $150 million in lending for a leasing company that would pay for manufacturing of Ukraine??™s Antonov aircraft, Deputy Prime Minister Anatoliy Kinakh said Saturday.

The money is about 15% of a $1 billion leasing fund that the government seeks to create in order to turn Antonov into a major corporation selling aircraft around the world.
