17.08.2010 SPF confirms fulfillment of Arcelor Mittal privatization obligations
KIEV, Aug. 16 – The State Property Fund has confirmed the fulfillment of investment liabilities by Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih, the company reported.
According to the results of an August 3-5 inspection, which were signed by representatives of the fund and the administration of OSJC Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih, the company has fulfilled its liabilities under all clauses of the sale and purchase agreement, apart from those for which fulfillment was postponed due to financial and economic crisis, according to an annex to the agreement signed on May 14, 2009. | More

22.07.2010 ArcelorMital buys Ukrainian limestone producer to supply its unit
KIEV, July 21 – ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steel producer, acquired Beryslav Construction Materials Plant in Ukraine to supply limestone to its Ukrainian steel making unit, the company reported Wednesday.

KIEV, March 9 - Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) announced it will increase wages to employees by 2.57% on April 1.

KIEV, March 2 - Most of Ukraine's steel majors boosted finished roll production in January-February.
ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih (formerly Kryvorizhstal), the country's biggest steel mill, raised finished roll production by a preliminary 18.4% year-on-year to 804,000 tons, the company told Interfax. | More
