H+H Ukraine Ltd., part of Denmark's Í+Í International, has suspended the building of a EUR32 million porous concrete plant in Rivne region’s Ostroh district. The company said the temporary suspension of works is explained by the wait for permits on sand extraction, which will be used as raw material for production of porous concrete.
