Naftogaz Ukrayiny is short of $110-120 million to pay for 1.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas, worth $300 million, imported in June, Presidential Commissioner for Energy Security Bohdan Sokolovsky told journalists. Sokolovsky said that the holding would collect half of the needed funds from domestic customers.
